Range of Motion (ROM)
Stretch Therapy
This barefoot massage training blends Passive, Active, and Resisted Range of Motion techniques into a fully Western, movement-based approach to client care.
While standing on the table, you'll learn to safely guide your client’s limbs to improve mobility, restore function, and offer a stretch experience unlike anything taught in other barefoot classes.
This helps a practitioner effortlessly maintain consistent pressure and leverage while providing deep point holds, or long fascial stretches.
A full-body sequence is taught and can be applied while the client wears loose clothing, or embedded into any barefoot massage session using secure draping while blending ROM with gliding movements along the client's skin.
Comprehensive “feet-on” practice will allow you to explore the strokes on different clients in class, and you will awaken your feet’s potential to intuitively feel the tissue and what's going on underneath them.

Class time is usually 9 am-6 pm every day with a 1-hour lunch at 12 pm.

Prerequisite: FasciAshi Fundamentals (OR equivalent proof of your previous 16-24 CE hour beginner level live-class Ashiatsu training. We may require a video for verification of your skill level.
